Dr. Jenifer Prine was born and raised in sunny South Florida and is a 2023 graduate from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Her clinical year was completed at the University of Florida and she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marine Biology from the University of West Florida in 2019. Prior to veterinary school, Dr. Prine was a veterinary assistant and completed a summer internship at a local sea turtle rehabilitation hospital. Her professional interests include emergency, surgery, and conservation medicine. Dr. Prine hopes to obtain her Aquatic Veterinary Medicine Certification this year and volunteer some of her time to sea turtle rehabilitation. 

Outside of veterinary medicine, she enjoys cooking, baking, crafting, sewing, and spending time with her family and her four-legged friends! Her personal pet crew includes three dogs and two tortoises.
