We are pleased to welcome Dr. Jackie Kelly to the PERC team. She is originally from the New York / New Jersey area. Dr. Kelly completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Westminster in London, England. She went on to earn her veterinary degree from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). She has a clinical interest in geriatric patients and has a particular soft spot for Chi-Chi’s. Dr. Kelly is fear-free certified and aims to provide the least stressful, most gentle healing experience for all of her patients.

During her leisure time, she loves spending time with her 16-year-old Chi-Chi mix, "Guapo", and her rescued, toothless, geriatric cat, "Magia".
